地域のインテリジェント・ライフ創造拠点としての機能強化

　石川県を3つの地域（能登・金沢・加賀）に区分し、各地域のニーズに対応したインテリジェント・ライフ創造のための拠点を構築します。
　第1に、地域住民のニーズを対話とアンケートを通して十分に把握し、地域住民のニーズに合った生涯学習科目を設計します。地域住民の世代別のニーズにも対応できる魅力ある科目を提供します。
　第2に、3つの地域拠点にサテライトを設置し、遠隔地教育システムを導入することで、県内の市民に対して魅力ある科目を配信します。今まで公開講座に参加する機会のなかった地域に学びの場を提供することで、地域における「インテリジェント・ライフ」創造拠点を構築し、COCとしての責務を果たします。

Enhancement of the Function of Creating an "Intelligent Lifestyle"

We will construct bases for creating an "intelligent lifestyle" in the three regions of Noto, Kanazawa and Kaga according to local needs.
First, we will grasp the needs of the regions through dialog and questionnaires, and design lifelong study courses accordingly. We will offer courses that appeal to people of different generations.
Next, we will introduce a remote education system and construct satellite campuses in the three regions, which will be used for giving local residents the opportunity to participate in open lectures. As bases for creating an "intelligent lifestyle" for local communities, the remote campuses will fulfill the role of the Center of Community.
